Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee end-to-end project delivery. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, team leadership, and stakeholder management. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are executed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards, while acting as the key communication bridge between clients, stakeholders, and the execution team.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning & Scope Definition
  Define project objectives, scope, and milestones with clear deliverables and deadlines.
• Resource Management
  Allocate human and material resources, ensuring teams have the right tools and support to execute projects.
• Team Leadership
  Build, guide, and motivate project teams; assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure accountability.
• Budget & Schedule Management
  Prepare and manage project budgets while ensuring projects remain within financial and time constraints.
• Risk Management
  Identify risks and potential challenges; implement proactive mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution.
• Stakeholder Communication
  Act as the central point of contact, delivering regular updates and reports to clients, stakeholders, and management.
• Quality Control
  Monitor ongoing project activities and outputs to meet established quality and safety standards.
• Problem-Solving
  Proactively address and resolve any project-related issues to ensure successful completion.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Education: Diploma, ITI, or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  
• Experience: Minimum 3 years, including 2–3 years of relevant experience in a similar project management role.
  
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide teams.
  
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) for clients, stakeholders, and executives.
  
• Strong organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines.
  
• Proactive problem-solving skills to overcome challenges.
  
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.
