Job Description

The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of the Cyber Security Vocational/Credit-Based Course across five universities
The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder coordination, and operational management to ensure successful delivery to all enrolled students Project Execution & Coordination-Lead project planning, timelines, and implementation strategy -Manage curriculum rollout, faculty training, LMS readiness, and digital delivery -Coordinate with technical, academic, and finance teams Stakeholder & Team Management-Liaise with nodal universities and partner institutions -Ensure effective communication, documentation, and compliance -Supervise Project Coordinators and guide task execution Monitoring, Reporting & Finance-Track key metrics: enrollment, participation, completion, and feedback -Prepare periodic reports for C3i Hub and state-level partners -Oversee budget, vendor payments, and student fee reconciliation ( 500 per student model) Risk & Quality Management-Identify operational risks and implement mitigation measures -Ensure data integrity and adherence to project objectives -Master s degree (Engineering, Computer Science, Management, Education Management, or related fields) -3-5 years of project management experience in education or digital programs -Experience handling multi-stakeholder academic projects -Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
