Project Manager

As a Project Manager at Trading Technologies, you will play a crucial role in leading and motivating project teams through the planning, execution, and delivery of high-quality initiatives. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships, operate based on standard Agile/SCRUM principles, and manage key initiatives spanning multiple teams will be essential in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include contributing to the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure accurate reflection of project status, project managing key initiatives, managing team priorities and expectations, tracking and resolving project issues, and effectively communicating with stakeholders and management to escalate and mitigate risks. You will also be involved in reflecting on team engagement and efficiency, introducing optimization ideas, facilitating discussions and decision-making, improving transparency within teams, and ensuring adherence to project management discipline and Agile/SCRUM principles. To excel in this role, you are required to have a BA or BS in Business, Information Technology, or equivalent experience, along with previous project management experience and a strong understanding of the software development life cycle. Proficiency in Agile Project Management tools, preferably JIRA, and experience applying SCRUM principles and practices are highly valued. Your strong analytical, planning, and organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, proficiency in time management and setting priorities, and proven ability to drive tight deadlines and complex projects to completion will be key assets in this role. Knowledge of the financial industry and trading systems is a plus.
