Project Manager (Interior Design)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the

  end-to-end execution

  of interior design and fit-out projects.
• Coordinate with clients, designers, consultants, and site teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
• Develop project schedules, cost estimates, budgets, and timelines.
• Oversee

  procurement, vendor management, and resource allocation

  .
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to design, quality, and safety standards.
• Conduct regular

  site visits

  to track progress, resolve on-site challenges, and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Manage contracts, change orders, and project documentation.
• Prepare and present project status reports to clients and management.
• Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Support design and technical teams in translating design concepts into practical execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in

  Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Project Management

  .
• 58 years of experience managing

  interior design or turnkey fit-out projects

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  construction methods, materials, finishes, and MEP coordination

  .
• Proven experience in

  budgeting, scheduling, and resource management

  .
• Proficiency in

  MS Project, AutoCAD, Excel

  , and other project management tools.
• Excellent

  leadership, communication, and problem-solving

  skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Nice to Have

• PMP or similar project management certification.
• Experience with

  residential interiors

  .
• Familiarity with sustainable design and green building practices.
• Strong vendor and client management skills.
