Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technology-driven projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure that all project goals align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and implementation of IT projects from initiation through delivery.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Create detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues, and implement mitigation plans.
• Communicate project expectations clearly to team members and stakeholders.
• Ensure high-quality project delivery on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with development, infrastructure, QA, and business teams.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and prepare executive updates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in IT project management.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Asana, Trello).
