About ICECD:

For over 35 years, ICECD has empowered women, youth, and marginalized communities through entrepreneurship training, livelihood promotion, and development programs across India.

Role: Project Manager / Sr. Development Officer

Location:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, implement, and monitor livelihood and entrepreneurship programs
• Manage end-to-end project activities, including timelines, budgets, and team coordination
• Build strong relationships with communities, women’s groups, and partner organizations
• Conduct training, mobilization, and capacity-building sessions
• Prepare accurate project reports, documentation, and impact assessments
• Collaborate with senior management to ensure timely project delivery and measurable outcomes

Who Can Apply:

• Education:

   MBA/MSW, Social Sciences, Rural Development, Development Studies, or relevant qualification (not mandatory if candidate has strong project management experience)

• Experience:

   Minimum 5–7 years in development sector projects such as women’s empowerment, rural entrepreneurship, livelihood promotion, or social innovation
• Proven skills in project management, community engagement, and reporting
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
• Willingness to travel to project locations as needed
