Project Manager / Sr. Development Officer

As a Development Officer at ICECD, you will play a pivotal role in leading, implementing, and monitoring livelihood and entrepreneurship programs. Your responsibilities will include managing end-to-end project activities, building strong relationships with communities and partner organizations, conducting training sessions, and preparing accurate project reports. You will collaborate with senior management to ensure timely project delivery and measurable outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, implement, and monitor livelihood and entrepreneurship programs - Manage end-to-end project activities, including timelines, budgets, and team coordination - Build strong relationships with communities, women's groups, and partner organizations - Conduct training, mobilization, and capacity-building sessions - Prepare accurate project reports, documentation, and impact assessments - Collaborate with senior management to ensure timely project delivery and measurable outcomes Qualifications Required: - Education: MBA/MSW, Social Sciences, Rural Development, Development Studies, or relevant qualification (not mandatory if candidate has strong project management experience) - Experience: Minimum 5-7 years in development sector projects such as women's empowerment, rural entrepreneurship, livelihood promotion, or social innovation - Proven skills in project management, community engagement, and reporting - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities - Willingness to travel to project locations as needed If you join ICECD, you will have the opportunity to contribute to large-scale, high-impact development programs across India.
