Role Overview: You have an exciting opportunity to join ICECD as a Development Officer in Ahmedabad. As a Project Manager / Sr. Development Officer, you will lead, implement, and monitor livelihood and entrepreneurship programs. Your role will involve managing end-to-end project activities, building strong relationships with communities and partner organizations, conducting training sessions, and preparing accurate project reports. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, implement, and monitor livelihood and entrepreneurship programs - Manage end-to-end project activities, including timelines, budgets, and team coordination - Build strong relationships with communities, womens groups, and partner organizations - Conduct training, mobilization, and capacity-building sessions - Prepare accurate project reports, documentation, and impact assessments - Collaborate with senior management to ensure timely project delivery and measurable outcomes Qualification Required: - Education: MBA/MSW, Social Sciences, Rural Development, Development Studies, or relevant qualification (not mandatory if candidate has strong project management experience) - Experience: Minimum 5-7 years in development sector projects such as women's empowerment, rural entrepreneurship, livelihood promotion, or social innovation - Proven skills in project management, community engagement, and reporting - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities - Willingness to travel to project locations as needed About ICECD: ICECD (International Centre for Entrepreneurship and Career Development), based in Ahmedabad, has been empowering women, youth, and marginalized communities through entrepreneurship training, livelihood promotion, and development programs for over 35 years.
