Job Description

As a Project Manager/Coordinator at SmartFish Designs, you will be responsible for overseeing Designing, Website Development, and IT projects. You will collaborate with a dedicated team of designers, programmers, and business leaders to create exceptional products that resonate with hundreds of customers. Key Responsibilities: - Own the project vision and effectively communicate with all stakeholders. - Collaborate with product, business, and development teams to drive projects from concept to launch. - Coordinate with vendors, onsite, and offshore resources. - Ensure projects are executed as per requirements and launched according to set schedules. - Proactively address project, design, or resource issues to prevent schedule delays. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1-2 years of experience in project management within a customer-facing web environment. - Proficient in project planning, estimating time and cost, and preparing documents and wireframes based on project and client requirements. - Understanding of the development process, including work breakdown, dependencies, and responsibilities. - Knowledge of web technologies, particularly .Net/PHP/Open Source, and proficiency in AGILE/SCRUM methodologies. - Familiarity with SEO concepts, UI/UX best practices, and proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Adobe Creative Suite. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent written and oral communication abilities. - Ability to manage teams across design, development, and digital marketing domains.,
