Handling client communication, getting task executed, coordinating between creative team and the client etc. would be few necessary tasks involved.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handling new and existing client
• Taking appointment and conducting meeting with clients for creative, exhibition and events briefs
• Coordinating with creative team and giving clients brief to them.
• Maintaining daily report and sharing with reporting manager.
• Managing task lists and deliverable deadlines.
• Getting tasks executed within the scope.
• Handling day to day client communications and meetings.
• Calmly handle customer complaints and work to find solutions.
• Seek assistance and report major problems to upper management.
• Compile and update necessary documents, contracts, etc.
• Prospect for new clients and coordinate initial meetings.
• Develop and foster growth within the existing clientele.
• Inform clients of any new available services or updates to existing ones.
