Role Description

Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Client Coordination:

  Act as the primary point of contact for clients. Provide regular updates, manage expectations, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

• Site Management:

  Visit project sites to monitor progress, coordinate with technicians/vendors, and ensure the work aligns with the project plan.

• Timeline Tracking:

  Keep a sharp eye on deadlines. Identify potential delays before they happen and take action to keep the project on schedule.

• Resource Alignment:

  Ensure the right people and materials are at the site when needed.

• Reporting:

  Provide simple, clear progress reports to management regarding site status and client feedback.

• Basic Technical Interest:

  While you don't need to be an engineer, a general interest or basic understanding of automation systems is a plus.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a coordination or supervisory role (construction, automation, or service industry preferred).
• Ability to travel to various local sites as needed.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a "can-do" attitude.
• Basic proficiency in tools like WhatsApp, Email, or project tracking apps.
