Job Description

Role & responsibilities • Lead and execute end-to-end projects using Salesforce and Power BI, including dashboard creation, report automation, and data analysis. • Manage project timelines, documentation, and updates through agile tools. • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to implement and deploy scalable analytics solutions. • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, KPIs, and scorecards; support deployment and publishing of reports. • Support SFDC-related initiatives aligned to Sales and Service functions. • Facilitate data governance, warehousing, and reporting frameworks using SQL, DAX, and Python. Preferred candidate profile Proven experience in digital project management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement capabilities. Detail-oriented with a focus on data integrity and visualization accuracy. Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
