About the role: Candidate is expected to handle the execution of multiple O&M sites, play a role to motivate the site employees to win the customer satisfaction in terms of quality and safety. Day to day involvement in the execution activities, prepare the RCA, take a part in technical clarification for the RCA with customer. Review the project and take the improvement measures in NCC. To show proactive actions and innovations to adhere all the safety protocol to be implemented every day and the tasks which are being carried out at all sites. Motivate/train the site employees in technical and safety aspects. Create a resource pool in all categories to provide hurdle free services. Understand the requirement of site and coordinate with SCM to complete. We don’t need superheroes, just super minds. BE Electrical OR BE Electrical and Electronics with minimum 6-9 years relevant experience in High voltage and Extra High Voltage substations and from service background to manage the Data center and industry customers We’ve got quite a lot to offer.
