Siemens offers a broad portfolio of grid control and automation; low- and medium-voltage power distribution, switching and control; and building automation, fire safety and security, HVAC control and energy solutions.Key Responsibilities:-Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.-Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.-Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution.-Monitor and track project progress, adjusting plans as needed.-Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.-Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.-Report and escalate issues to management as needed.-Perform risk management to minimize project risks.-Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.-Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.-Prepare and present project reviews to management & customers.-Willingness to travel to project sites for meetings, etc.Qualifications:-B.E/B. Tech-Project Management Professional (PMP) or IPMA certification is a plus.-8 to 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in SCADA Industry.-Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project).-Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.-Ability to manage multiple projects (few of them being long time service contracts) simultaneously.-Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile).Preferred Skills:

-Experience with stakeholder management and cross-functional team leadership.-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.-Good knowledge of budgeting and financial tracking.-Change management.-Cross-functional collaboration.This role is based in Kalwa, where youll get the chance to work with teams impacting entire cities, countries- and the shape of things to come.Make your mark in our exciting world of Siemens
