Project Manager

Siddhartha Engineering Ltd. is looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage our Transmission Line & Distribution projects (132kV onwards) for KPTCL. The role involves project execution, stakeholder coordination, and site visits to ensure timely and quality completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution of transmission line & distribution projects (132kV and above).
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams.
• Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Prepare project reports, documentation, and compliance records.
• Conduct site visits and resolve technical/operational issues.
• Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

• B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering (preferred).
• 5–8 years of experience in Transmission Line & Distribution projects (132kV onwards).
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects under pressure.
• Willingness to travel for site visits.

Salary: Negotiable (based on experience)
