Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager with 10-20 years of experience to lead our SAP FICO team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing projects and implementing SAP solutions.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and deliver SAP FICO projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Conduct project meetings, status updates, and progress reports to stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues impacting project delivery.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.

Job Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP FICO implementation and project management.
Strong knowledge of SAP FI and CO modules, including financial accounting, cost center accounting, and internal orders.
Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards, such as SOX or GAAP.
