We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong functional expertise in SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) to lead Agile delivery across global commerce teams. This is a client-facing role requiring excellent coordination, requirement management, and cross-team collaboration. Coding knowledge is not required, but a technical background is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Agile Delivery & Project Coordination

• Lead end-to-end Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, grooming & retrospectives
• Translate business requirements into detailed

  JIRA stories with clear acceptance criteria

• Maintain sprint boards, dashboards, velocity reports & milestone trackers
• Coordinate with Hybris developers, CPQ teams, testers, and integration stakeholders
• Manage dependencies, risks, escalation paths, and RAID logs.

SAP Commerce Cloud Functional Oversight

• Strong functional understanding of Hybris modules:
• Catalog, Product Content, Pricing, OM, Storefront, OCC APIs
• Gather business requirements and convert them to functional specs
• Support solutioning workshops and validate deliverables.

Cross-Team & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with S/4HANA, CPQ, and middleware teams
• Coordinate UAT, testing cycles, release planning, and go-live readiness
• Deliver regular progress updates to leadership and project sponsors.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8–12 years of overall experience with strong project management exposure
• Hands-on experience managing SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) projects
• Strong experience with

  JIRA

  —user story creation, sprint planning & reporting
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with digital commerce programs preferred
• Technical background is a plus (not mandatory).
