Key Responsibilities Support and participate in gender sensitization initiatives, leveraging prior experience or demonstrated interest in gender-related projects. Assist in planning and implementing IEC (Information, Education & Communication) activities to promote awareness and behavior change. Coordinate outreach efforts, workshops, and community engagement programs aligned with gender equity and inclusion goals. Contribute to the development of communication materials, training content, and feedback mechanisms to ensure effective messaging and impact measurement.
