Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Residential Project Manager to oversee high-end residential villa projects. This senior role requires extensive experience in residential construction, with the capability to manage project planning, budgeting, and execution to meet premium quality standards. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating with architects, engineers, and vendors, as well as . The ideal candidate will excel in both the technical and relational aspects of project management, ensuring regulatory compliance and resolving construction-related issues in collaboration with officials. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the planning, budgeting, and execution of multiple high-end residential villa projects. Work closely with the Construction Manager to ensure all project phases align with business objectives, timelines, and budgets. Develop project scopes, budgets, and timelines and communicate these plans to clients and internal teams. Coordinate with architects, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met. Monitor progress, quality, and cost management, conducting regular site visits and inspections. Identify and mitigate project risks and troubleshoot any issues that could affect project quality or timelines. Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management, ensuring transparency and alignment with company goals. Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners, ensuring client satisfaction. Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. At least 5 years of experience in project management within residential construction. Strong leadership and project management skills, with a history of delivering projects on time and within budget. Comprehensive understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards specific to residential construction. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
