Role Overview: As a Development Team Manager at Rejolut, you will be responsible for managing a development team and coordinating with clients. You will collaborate with business and functional partners, drive technology discussions, define execution plans, ensure quality deliverables, and conduct daily scrum calls for smooth delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with business and functional partners to define features backlog and specify requirements - Take ownership of delivery and drive technology discussions in line with business needs - Define execution plans based on project scope and expected timeline - Support the execution team in resolving roadblocks and inter-dependencies - Partner with external technical and functional teams to ensure task completion - Verify the quality of deliverables and match stakeholder expectations - Conduct daily scrum calls for smooth delivery Qualifications Required: - Hands-on experience in Agile Methodology, Scrum Framework, and best practices of Project Management Tools (ClickUP/JIRA/Trello/Monday.com/Asana/Github) - Knowledge of techniques such as definition of done, user stories, testing, backlog refinement - Familiarity with common tech stacks used in software projects (React, NodeJS, Flutter, Angular, HTML/CSS, SQL, AWS/AZURE, JAVA) - Experience in managing only technical projects - Excellent communication skills Additional Details: Rejolut is a young and dynamic team focused on solving business problems at scale.
