Job Summary:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop detailed project plans, execution strategies, goals, and budgets with a strong focus on
Mivan construction methodology
Coordinate and manage internal teams, contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure efficient project execution
Monitor project progress, milestones, and costs to ensure adherence to approved timelines and budgets
Identify, analyze, and manage project risks and issues, taking timely corrective actions
Communicate project status, risks, and performance updates to key stakeholders and senior management
Ensure all project deliverables meet defined quality standards, safety norms, and MIvan execution benchmarks
Lead, guide, and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance execution efficiency, particularly in MIvan-based construction projects

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree B.E. Civil
12 - 16 years of experience in project management within the Execution department
Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
Strong leadership and communication skills
Project management certification (e.g. PMP) preferred
