Project Manager

Location: Bhopal
Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years (Real Estate / Construction Industry)
Industry: Real Estate / Residential / Commercial Construction

Role Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced** Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, especially in residential real estate developments. The ideal candidate must have a strong civil background, be well-versed in project timelines, budgeting, site supervision, and vendor coordination. This is a site-based role and requires strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Execution & Site Supervision

• Manage day-to-day activities at the construction site
• Supervise and guide engineers, supervisors, and labor teams
• Ensure work is progressing as per the construction schedule and quality standards
• Ensure work is completed as per architectural and structural drawings

2. Vendor & Contractor Coordination

• Coordinate with multiple contractors and vendors (civil, electrical, plumbing, finishing)
• Track material inflow/outflow and stock levels on-site
• Negotiate and manage vendor timelines and work quality

3. Planning & Documentation

• Prepare and maintain daily work reports, progress charts, and checklists
• Create weekly/monthly schedules and ensure timely completion of project phases
• Monitor and track resource utilization, labor deployment, and cost control

4. Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Implement site safety measures and ensure safety protocols are followed
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor compliance with quality standards
• Liaise with consultants, architects, and approval authorities as required

5. Handover & Finishing

• Oversee the finishing work (paint, tile, fixtures, electrical fittings)
• Ensure proper completion of flats/units/amenities before possession
• Handle snagging, final inspection, and society handover process

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
