Project Manager / Project Management Officer (PMO)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / PMO with strong expertise in BPO / ITES operations, IT Infrastructure, and Agile project delivery. The role involves managing end-to-end projects across global geographies, driving cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & controlling, and closure

Develop and maintain Project Charters, Project Plans, Schedules, Timelines, RAID logs, and Status Reports

Lead cross-functional and geographically distributed teams

Drive BPO transitions, ramp-ups, process migrations, and operational readiness

Manage stakeholder communication, expectations, and governance forums

Apply Agile methodologies and best practices where applicable

Oversee IT Infrastructure, Network Engineering, Facility Management, and Site Build-out projects

Ensure compliance with PMO governance standards, quality benchmarks, and risk management practices

Track project performance using tools such as Azure DevOps, MS Project, and dashboards

Support leadership with portfolio reporting and decision-making insights

Mandatory Requirements

8+ years of experience in Project / PMO Management

PMP Certification (Mandatory)

Proven experience in BPO / ITES domain (Contact Center, Transitions, Process Migrations)

Strong hands-on experience with Agile & Hybrid delivery models

Exposure to international projects and global stakeholders

Experience managing IT Infrastructure, Network, or Facility-related projects

Strong understanding of PMO frameworks and governance

Preferred Skills & Experience

Experience in Construction / Site Build-outs

Background in Consulting firms

Knowledge of Azure DevOps, MS Project, Scrum, and ITIL

Experience in Salesforce-related projects

Ability to work in fast-paced, high-visibility environments
