Job Description

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager – Product Engineering to lead and oversee the successful execution of web and mobile app development, cloud-based solutions, and UI/UX-centric projects. We are looking for someone who has a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, and a collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, QA, and product stakeholders, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery aligned with client expectations and business goals.Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end delivery of web and mobile application projects from planning through deployment.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure seamless and user-centric digital experiences.
Oversee the integration of products on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) with a focus on scalability, performance, and security.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric web and mobile applications, aligning product roadmaps, UI/UX, and cloud infrastructure with business goals using Agile or hybrid methodologies.
Drive execution and stakeholder collaboration across delivery, documentation, and pre-sales efforts, including proposals and Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs).
Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
Identify and manage risks, address blockers, and foster a collaborative, accountable, and innovation-driven team culture.

Required Skills:

4–5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in software or digital product development.
Experience managing projects involving web and mobile applications, UI/UX workflows, and cloud platforms.
Proficiency in using project management tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.
Proven experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile and/or hybrid project management methodologies.
Strong communicator with proven ability to manage stakeholders, translate business goals into actionable technical plans, and lead multiple projects in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
