Project Manager

As an experienced IT Project Manager at Praathee Technologies, you will be responsible for leading and delivering cutting-edge web and mobile application projects. Your role will involve defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, managing end-to-end project execution, leading Agile teams, planning and monitoring project schedules and budgets, identifying and mitigating project risks, communicating effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring project quality and client satisfaction, and maintaining detailed project documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. - Manage end-to-end project execution for web & mobile app development. - Lead Agile teams including developers, designers, and QA. - Plan and monitor project schedules, resources, and budgets. - Identify and mitigate project risks. - Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders. - Ensure project quality, client satisfaction, and on-time delivery. - Maintain detailed project documentation. Qualifications Required: - 3 to 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager. - Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and SDLC. - Experience managing software development projects for web and mobile platforms. - Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Confluence, Slack, and GitHub. - Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is preferred but not mandatory. - Immediate Joiner preferred.
