Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Project Manager

Act as the primary liaison between Sales & Marketing and Factory for new product development and product improvements.
Prepare, monitor, and track project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
Report project status to management and key stakeholders.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, QA, Regulatory, R&D, Production, Supply Chain) for smooth execution.
Identify risks, delays, or financial deviations and initiate corrective actions.
Maintain documentation of project milestones, approvals, and financial assessments.
Ensure new product launches align with company objectives and deadlines.

Preferred candidate profile

Education:
B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering OR MBA in Project Management/Operations (preferred).
Experience:
Minimum 3 years in Project Management/NPD (Medical Devices or Pharmaceuticals preferred).
