About Photon Interactive:

experienced IT Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end project delivery across software development, implementation, and support phases.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Developers, QA, Architects, DevOps) to ensure successful project execution.
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in alignment with business objectives.
Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
Ensure effective stakeholder communication and project governance.
Track project progress using Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.
Prepare project documentation, reports, and post-implementation reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
7–16 years of total experience, with at least 3+ years in Project Management within IT services or digital transformation projects.
Strong knowledge of
Agile / Scrum / Waterfall
methodologies.
Excellent leadership, planning, and coordination skills.
Hands-on experience in
JIRA, Confluence, MS Project
, or similar tools.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
PMP / CSM / Prince2
certification is an added advantage.
