Key Responsibilities : Planning and Scope Definition: Define project goals, scope, and deliverables, creating detailed project plans and schedules. Resource Management: Allocate and manage project resources, including budget, personnel, and equipment. Communication and Stakeholder Management: Communicate project status, issues, and changes to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and satisfaction. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring project success. Progress Tracking and Monitoring: Monitor project progress, identify roadblocks, and take corrective actions to ensure timely and on-budget completion. Team Leadership and Motivation: Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and achieving desired outcomes. Quality Control: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and expectations. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation and report progress to relevant stakeholders.
