Project Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager (Civil) with a strong background in construction, infrastructure, and civil project execution. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of proven experience managing large-scale civil engineering projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of civil engineering projects.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Lead teams of engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and government authorities.
• Monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Resolve project-related issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Prepare and present project reports to management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• B.E. in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• Minimum 15 years of experience in civil project management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (Primavera, MS Project, etc.).
• Thorough knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• PMP or similar certification (preferred but not mandatory).
