Job Title: Project Manager – Interior Fit-out (Commercial Projects)

Reporting To: Senior Project Manager / Head of Projects / Director

Job Summary:

The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of commercial interior fit-out projects. The role requires managing project timelines, budgets, resources, and quality standards while ensuring client satisfaction and strict adherence to design specifications and safety norms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Scheduling:
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and work schedules.
  • Allocate resources, define deliverables, and establish key milestones.
  • Budgeting & Cost Control:
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and cash flows.
  • Monitor expenses to prevent cost overruns and optimize resource utilization.
  • Execution & Coordination:
  • Oversee on-site operations, ensuring work is executed as per drawings and specifications.
  • Coordinate with design teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
  • Manage procurement and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure all works meet quality, design, and safety standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship and compliance.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and consultants.
  • Provide regular project updates and address client queries or concerns.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead and mentor site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
  • Resolve site conflicts and ensure smooth communication among teams.
  • Risk & Safety Management:
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation measures.
  • Enforce safety protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
  • Project Handover:
  • Ensure completion of snag lists and final handover documentation.
  • Obtain client approvals and project completion certificates.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • 8–12 years of experience in commercial interior fit-out projects (offices, retail, hospitality, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent).
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and interior detailing.

Pay: ₹722,941.40 - ₹2,206,954.38 per year
