Project Manager

Role Overview

As a Project Manager at Ortmor Agency, you will oversee the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of client projects. You will act as the central point of communication, ensuring teams are aligned, deadlines are met, and clients are satisfied. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple client projects simultaneously, from initial briefing to final delivery.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations in collaboration with internal teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
• Facilitate collaboration across creative, development, and strategy teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks as they arise.
• Manage changes in project scope, ensuring impacts are communicated and approved.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting for internal and client use.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in project management within an agency setting.
• Proficiency in project management tools, excel, and methodologies
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to prioritise tasks, manage competing deadlines, and solve problems effectively.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• A basic understanding of design,2D & 3D pipelines, development in windows applications, websites, unity, creative processes etc is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
