About the Role
We are looking for a customer-focused and experienced Project Manager, who can quickly become a trusted advisor for our customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
What will you be doing?
Lead end-to-end delivery of client projects with a focus on CRM and CMS solutioning.
Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and high client satisfaction.
Gather business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and present solution approaches to clients.
Manage and mentor cross-functional teams including developers and testers, ensuring delivery quality and adherence to timelines.
Drive project planning, execution, and reporting, while proactively managing risks and dependencies.
Utilize JIRA, Confluence, and Gantt charts for project tracking, documentation, reporting, and workflow management.
Ensure compliance with project governance standards, processes, and documentation.
Foster strong, long-term client relationships through consistent engagement and solution-driven approaches.
Find opportunities to development new features to ensure smooth user experience
You will create deployment plans that are lean and efficient
You will partner closely with your Product team peers to understand and continuously evaluate product roadmaps
You will analyse data, understand trends/patterns and think creatively, experiment out of box for ideas to drive usage of our products.
