Project Manager

As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and controlling project execution to ensure quality, efficiency, and timely delivery. You will collaborate with the analysis, development, and implementation teams to guarantee successful project outcomes in a cost-effective and timely manner. Your role will involve providing expert guidance to multiple teams to enhance their project execution skills and leadership abilities. In this position, you will act as the communication bridge between the software implementation team and business stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical specifications. You will work closely with stakeholders and integration teams to scope the system, develop implementation plans, and create project schedules. Furthermore, you will be involved in cost estimations, budgeting, risk management, and issue resolution related to project implementations. Additionally, you will conduct usability and functional testing, suggesting corrective and preventive actions as needed. Collaboration with internal and external executives to achieve organizational objectives is a key aspect of this role. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is essential for success in this position. Required Skills: - Proficiency in Project Management with a strong understanding of Agile Methodology, Source Code Control Systems, SDLC Models, Requirement Gathering, Analysis & Documentation, and Project Management & Delivery Processes. - Proactive approach, positive attitude, and willingness to go the extra mile to achieve organizational goals. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to grasp business models quickly. - Strong communication, presentation, and documentation abilities. - Working knowledge of C#, .Net, MVC, ASP.Net, MS-SQL, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, AngularJS, HTML5, CSS, Web Services, Web API, Windows Forms, Mobile App Development, etc. Experience with various platforms and technology stacks is preferred. - Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and skills to align with organizational objectives. Eligibility Criteria: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in software development within the software industry. - Candidates should hold a graduate or post-graduate degree in Computer Science or a related field. - Freshers are welcome to apply for entry-level positions, with relevant experience considered a plus.
