Software Business Analyst

As a Software Business Analyst at nopAccelerate, you will play a crucial role in gathering, understanding, and analyzing the business model and requirements of projects. Your responsibilities include performing detailed analysis of software projects, creating data and process model designs, and preparing technical specification documents for successful integrations. You will document business needs, both functional and non-functional requirements, and prepare essential documents such as Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and System Requirements Specification (SRS) documents. Collaborating with key project stakeholders, you will formulate and communicate the business vision, map out initial requirements, and ensure proper planning and estimations for projects. Acting as a communication bridge between the software implementation team and business stakeholders, you will translate business needs into requirements and support the implementation and integration team for successful project delivery. Your role will also involve conducting usability and functional testing, recommending corrective actions, and scoping the system by identifying priority areas. You will work closely with stakeholders and the integration team to come up with an implementation plan. Additionally, you will interact with internal and external executives to achieve organizational objectives while demonstrating the ability to work independently as well as in a team. To excel in this role, you should have a proactive approach, a positive attitude, and a willingness to adapt to achieve organizational goals. You must possess excellent analytical skills for converting business requirements into written specification documents and assessing business models for technology integration. Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills are essential, along with working knowledge of various technologies such as C#, .Net, MVC, ASP.net, Ms-SQL, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, Angular JS, HTML, CSS, Web Services, Web API, Windows Forms, and Mobile App Development. Experience in Agile Methodology, Project Management, and previous experience with any eCommerce platform and team management will be advantageous. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of working experience in software development and hold a graduate or postgraduate degree in Computer Science or a related field.
