Software Business Analyst

You will be responsible for the following tasks as a Software Business Analyst at nopAccelerate: - Discuss with clients to gather, understand, and analyze the business model and requirements - Perform detailed analysis of software projects, create data and process model designs, and prepare technical specification documents - Document business needs, functional and non-functional requirements, and prepare use cases, BRD, SRS documents, and other functional documents - Work with key project stakeholders to formulate and communicate the business vision, map out initial requirements and project scope, and ensure proper planning and estimations - Act as a communication bridge between software implementation team and business stakeholders, translating business needs into requirements - Support the implementation and integration team for successful project delivery - Conduct usability and functional testing, and recommend corrective and preventive actions - Scope the system, identify priority areas, and come up with an implementation plan by working closely with stakeholders and integration team - Interact with internal and external executives to achieve organizational objectives - Ability to work independently as well as in a team Your skills and abilities should include: - Proactive approach, positive attitude, and willingness to achieve organizational goals - Ability to quickly learn and understand business models - Excellent analytical skills for converting business requirements into written specification documents - Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills - Working knowledge of C#, Dot Net, MVC, ASP.net, Ms-SQL, Javascript, jQuery, Bootstrap, Angular JS, HTML5, CSS, Web Services, Web API, Windows Forms, and Mobile App Development - Knowledge of Agile Methodology and Project Management - Willingness to learn new things, develop new skills, and adapt to organizational goals To be eligible for this position, you should meet the following criteria: - Minimum of 2 years of working experience in software development - Previous experience with any eCommerce platform and team management is a plus - Graduate or postgraduate in Computer Science or related degree program.,
