Job Description: - Demonstrated proficiency in Web Service Concepts, Java script and/or Java, JSON/XML. - Skilled in using tools like Postman or similar for testing purposes. - Ability to create and maintain test automation frameworks and develop automated test scripts. - Proficient in test automation tools such as Selenium, Karate framework, or similar. - Strong background and experience in manual testing concepts, methodologies, and SDLC models. As a Senior Salesforce Technical Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications/modules on the Salesforce platform. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, architect solutions, and implement custom applications, workflows, and integrations to enhance business processes. Additionally, you will integrate Salesforce with existing systems, ensuring data accuracy and security, and provide technical support as required. With 6 to 8 years of technical experience in Salesforce and custom/scoped application development, you are expected to have expertise in Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and Flows to extend the Salesforce platform to meet business requirements. A solid understanding of Salesforce Architecture & Modules (Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud), databases, incident management lifecycle, and web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is essential for this role.
