Job Description

Job Overview:

Project Manager (Non-Technical Operations)

What Youll Do:

Lead CSR Projects:
Plan, execute, and ensure projects hit their goals on time.
Team Collaboration:
Work hand-in-hand with different teams to make CSR initiatives a part of our business operations.
Track & Report:
Keep tabs on project progress, KPIs, and share updates with stakeholders.
Finance Coordination:
Partner with Finance to manage budgets efficiently.
Engage Stakeholders:
Keep partners and leadership informed and involved through regular check-ins.
Internal Alignment:
Make sure CSR activities fit with company goals and day-to-day operations.

What Were Looking For:

Education:
Graduate degree in a relevant field.
Experience:
58 years in project management, preferably in CSR or similar areas.
Skills:

Great at organizing and managing time.
Strong communication skills.
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
Good at tracking KPIs and reporting.
Financially aware to manage project budgets.
