Job Title: Sr. Project Manager Position Type: Full Time Dept.: Project Construction Location: Project Sites in India Salary Range: Rs 8 to 10 Lacs per annum Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering Work Experience: Minimum 8 to 15 years in Construction Industry Roles & Responsibilities Topographical survey Laying / Jointing testing & Commissioning of Water / Sewerage Pipelines Construction of Office Buildings, Boundary wall, WTP, STP, Pump House, Intake Well, GLSR/ UGR/ OHTs Installation testing & commissioning of mechanical Items like Pumps, Valves etc. Installation testing & commissioning of electrical items required in Water & Sewerage projects Liasoning with Dept. Officials for obtaining clearances, Invoicing, Payment etc. Responsible for the smooth execution of the overall Project including profitability Responsible to handle at site the allocated Supervisor, Engineers, Workmen Labour, Plant & Machinery Preferred Skill Sets: Fully conversant with MS Office i.e. MS Word, Excel, etc. Skills: liasoning with officials,ms office,construction management,team management,electrical installation,mechanical installation,python,water/sewerage pipeline installation,construction,c++,project execution,civil engineering,topographical survey Show more Show less
