Project Manager

As a Mid-Level Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, from planning to closure. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope. - Communicating regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress, risks, and challenges. - Identifying and mitigating project risks, resolving issues as they arise. - Ensuring project alignment with business objectives and client expectations. - Monitoring project performance, making adjustments to meet project goals. - Leading and motivating project teams to deliver high-quality results. - Managing project documentation, ensuring all records are up to date. - Conducting post-project evaluations and implementing improvements for future projects. To qualify for this role, you should have: - 3-6 years of experience in project management within the IT industry. - Minimum 1 year of project management experience, with proven ability to lead projects end-to-end. - At least 6 months of leadership experience managing a team. - Strong people management and interpersonal skills. - Prior experience engaging directly with global clients, especially US-based clients. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts effectively. - Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and SDLC. - Experience with project management tools like Jira, Trello, MS Project, or similar. - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred skills for this role include PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification, as well as experience with client-facing roles or managing external stakeholders.,
