Project Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and dynamic Project Manager to oversee and manage the execution of interior design projects from concept to completion. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You will work closely with our design team, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure the highest standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for each project. Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, from initial design concepts through to final installation.
• Client Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients. Communicate project status, address concerns, and ensure that client expectations are met throughout the project.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with designers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Assign tasks, provide guidance, and ensure team members stay on schedule.
• Budget and Cost Control: Monitor project costs and ensure that the project is delivered within the approved budget. Identify opportunities to reduce costs without compromising quality.
• Vendor Management: Source and manage vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services at the best possible price.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all design elements are executed according to plan and meet the company’s high-quality standards.
• Scheduling and Timeline Management: Create and manage project schedules, coordinating between all teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks to the project timeline, budget, or quality and proactively address them.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular updates to senior management and clients on project progress, milestones, and challenges.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years experience as a Project Manager in the interior design, construction, or architecture industry.
• Strong understanding of interior design principles, construction processes, and project management techniques.
• Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret design plans, construction drawings, and specifications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices and materials.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
