Job Description

Project Manager Mechanical

Project Leadership & Execution:

Lead complete lifecycle management of mechanical projects (EPC/turnkey).
Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality norms.
Lead, guide, and mentor project engineers and site teams.
Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement

Planning & Coordination:

Prepare and monitor project schedules, resource allocation, and progress reports.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (civil, electrical, instrumentation, etc).
Manage vendors, contractors, and subcontractors for smooth execution.

Commercial & Contract Management:

Review contracts, BOQs, and tender documents.
Manage project budgets, cost control, and claims/dispute resolution.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure contractual obligations.

Preferred Background:

Large-scale experience in
Power Plants / Oil & Gas / EPC Projects
.
Hands-on exposure to mechanical erection, commissioning, fabrication, and maintenance projects.
Prior Experience of Green Hydrogen
/ Ammonia and derivative projects would be preferred.
Knowledge of Current Market dynamics for pricing would be added advantage.
