Responsibilities

• Plan and define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Manage project budgets, including estimating costs, monitoring expenditures, and ensuring financial accountability.
• Lead and coordinate project teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of project management experience in the construction industry.
• Proven expertise in managing multiple construction projects simultaneously, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with demonstrated experience in guiding and motivating project teams.
