Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead overall programme implementation and ensure delivery in line with project objectives.
Act as primary liaison with the client department and key stakeholders.
Oversee compliance with the Terms of Reference (ToR) and reporting obligations.
Provide strategic leadership, monitor performance, and manage the project team.
Ensure smooth coordination across multiple states and institutions.

Skills Required:

Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proven ability in programme management and multi-stakeholder coordination.
Analytical, problem-solving, and reporting capabilities.

Qualifications & Experience:

MBA or equivalent degree in Management.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in managing large-scale youth, cultural, or educational programmes.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
