Job Description

Review proposed opportunities on a daily basis and assign Delivery Stakeholders via RADAR based on Product Lines and Solution Attributes - APS and GL Flex including APS and MS
Align PSD Early Engagement with CXO Early Engagement on deal basis for alignment during Day -1.
Ensure all identified Delivery Leaders, Lead Delivery Solution Architects and Program Managers are added to the extended team to access deal artifacts.
Coordinate with the Delivery Manager, Lead Delivery Solution Architect (LDSA) and Program Manager (PM) to periodically schedule (at least every 2 weeks) the Early Engagement Status meetings to monitor Solutioning contribution.
Secure proper handover and information for a successful Start Right session,

Risk Management:

Collaborate with the LDSA and PM for the proper assessment, management, and mitigation of risks raised by delivery stakeholders (via a maintained EPPM based risk log).
Consult with all Delivery Reviewers to ensure all points raised in the EER review have been addressed and document the outcome.
