Job Description

Role Overview: As a Project Manager in our company, you will be responsible for regular reporting and reviewing of projects with stakeholders to ensure everything is on track. A key aspect of your role will involve reviewing engineering drawings for manufacturability, considering available resources, and taking necessary actions based on your findings. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with engineering for drawing clarification and suggest improvements. - Utilize fabrication and welding knowledge for project execution and resource planning. - Create and manage project schedules. - Coordinate with SCM/Warehouse to ensure timely material availability on the shop floor. - Collaborate with QC to address daily quality issues and conduct root cause analysis of rework/rejection. - Initiate corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence. Qualifications Required: - 5-8 years of experience in project management and/or manufacturing operations. - Strong communication, people management, and problem-solving skills. - Knowledge of ISO9001:2008, ASME, TEMA standards. - Familiarity with Industrial refrigeration packages manufacturing is an added advantage.,
