We are looking for a Project Manager Intern, who has a passion for software business. You will have a strong background in software development along with experience within the Agile framework. You will contribute in coordinating and making sure the backlog grooming process is adhered to. 

Role specific duties & responsibilities

• Manage each project’s scope and timeline
• Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
• Coach team members in Agile frameworks
• Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
• Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)
• Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
• Help teams implement changes effectively
• Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint

Key role specific competencies (required skills)

• Experience in software development
• At least 2-3 years’ experience as a Scrum Master/Project Manager
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of user stories, sprint grooming, backlog refinement, retrospectives)
• Good knowledge of Agile Scrum framework 
• Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
• Familiar with team building methodologies 
• Degree in Information technology, Business or similar field

It would be great, but not required, if you have (preferred skills):

• Understanding of CMMI 2.0 framework
