Project Manager Intern

As a Project Management Intern at our company based in Lucknow, you will play a key role in contributing to the success of our software projects. We are seeking an individual with a strong passion for software business and a solid background in software development, particularly within the Agile framework. Your main responsibility will involve coordinating and ensuring the adherence to the backlog grooming process. Your specific duties and responsibilities will include managing each project's scope and timeline, coordinating sprints, facilitating retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups, coaching team members in Agile frameworks, fostering internal communication and effective collaboration, acting as the main point of contact for external communications, working closely with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests, resolving conflicts and removing obstacles, assisting teams in implementing changes effectively, and ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards at the end of each sprint. To excel in this role, you must possess certain key competencies such as a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in software development, previous experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager, a deep understanding of Scrum techniques and artifacts, good knowledge of the Agile Scrum framework, excellent communication and servant leadership skills, strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities, familiarity with team building methodologies, and ideally hold a degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Additionally, preferred skills for this role include an understanding of the CMMI 2.0 framework.
