𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆: As the AI Engineer, you will design and develop new software programming applications and product components for the business. You will work to enhance and improve current software products. Ensure that products are stable, usable and robust and can be reliably delivered to customers, maintained and upgraded. 𝗪𝗲 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿: • An exciting role with a company at the forefront of innovation • Mentoring, guidance and support • An excellent working environment with a current high calibre development team 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Bachelor of Computer Science or other relevant degrees and/or Masters of Computer Science, IT or Software engineering 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀: • Solid background in MERN stack • Experience with XML 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀 You will be assessed on the following parameters such as: 1. Number of commits, Average code coverage, Time to review 2. Story point estimate accuracy, Actual release vs release plan, Completion of sprint tasks within the allocated sprint time box 3. Number of bugs in code, Count of refactored lines of code, Test coverage, Pass rate for integration test 4. Number of ideas submitted per month, Number of ideas converted to product, Number of improvements ideas incorporated 5. Good understanding of the use and application of existing Company products and services 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗱: 3 Months 𝗢𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: • Set up and manage our AI development and production infrastructure • Follow ML ops practices and build models via pipeline • Design system architecture of AI microservices • Build AI models using python libraries • Build microservices using Django or flask to serve AI models into web applications • Identify transfer learning opportunities and new training datasets • Keep current on the latest AI research relevant to our business domain 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: • At least four (4) years of hands-on programming experience working within Python and web frameworks (Django & Flask) • Experience building AI models in platforms such as Keras, TensorFlow, or Pytorch • Demonstrated commitment to learning about AI through your own initiatives through courses, books, or side projects Show more Show less
