Project Manager Intern

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Project Management Intern to support our team with planning, organizing, and coordinating ongoing projects. You will assist with documentation, communication, tracking tasks, and ensuring smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating project tasks and timelines.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Track progress, update statuses, and follow up with team members.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams to align on deadlines.
• Maintain project files, meeting notes, and status reports.
• Support project managers with daily operational tasks.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic understanding of project management concepts.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of tools like Trello/Asana/Jira is a plus.
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Business, Management, IT, or related field.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month

• Govindpuri, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Project management tools: 1 year (Preferred)
