About the Role

Project Manager & Business Development

Key Responsibilities

Manage full interior project lifecycle planning, execution, quality checks & handover
Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams
Control project budgets, procurement, timelines & documentation
Plan and execute online & offline marketing campaigns
Conduct regular client visits to understand requirements
Prepare proposals, reports, and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements

Minimum 3
+ years
of experience in
Interior Project Management + Marketing
(Mandatory)
Knowledge of materials, finishes, drawing interpretation & execution processes
Proficiency in
AutoCAD
,
MS Office
, and basic marketing tools
Excellent communication, negotiation & leadership skills
